Air Travel

  • The window for booking flights is now closed.
  • Please book your flight arrangements through Corporate Travel Management and reference “Women’s Leadership Summit” using one of the following methods:
  • Flights will be billed directly to the firm. Please follow the firm’s Business Travel Policy when booking your flights.
  • Please plan to fly in on Wednesday, October 23 before 5pm and fly out on Friday, October 25 after 2:30pm.
  • We recommend flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) if possible. SFO is 15 miles from the hotel, Oakland Airport (OAK) is 20 miles, and San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) is 47 miles away.

Ground Transportation

  • Approved travel expenses, including parking, mileage, taxi, and rideshare apps will be reimbursed after the summit.
  • Rental cars will not be reimbursed for attendees who are flying to the Summit, unless previously approved by Andrew Kemp.

Hotel

  • The event will take place at the InterContinental Hotel in San Francisco. Hotel rooms will be booked for attendees with a travel time of over 45 minutes to the summit.
  • Please use the RSVP form to confirm if you need a hotel room. A limited number of rooms are available at the InterContinental, so please RSVP soon.
  • The following nights at the hotel will be paid for by the firm:
    • Wednesday Night: All eligible attendees (optional welcome reception and dinner from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm)
    • Thursday Night: All eligible attendees
    • Friday Night: Only East Coast and international attendees who cannot book a reasonable flight home on Friday (program concludes with lunch at 12:00 pm)
  • All room fees, taxes, room gratuities, and parking are billed directly to the firm; a personal credit card will be requested upon check-in for incidentals and extra nights. If you do not have a personal credit card, please contact Matt Lee to make other arrangements.

Meals

  • All meals will be provided at the summit. If you choose to dine elsewhere during these times, expenses will not be reimbursed.
  • Those flying will be reimbursed for meals during travel within the following limits: $30/breakfast, $30/lunch, and $50/dinner.

General

  • After the program, information will be sent on how to submit expenses for reimbursement.
